1 to 1 Mentoring program for starting coaches.   

Differences between coaching and mentoring, a coach is there to guide you in practical matters, to encourage, to help with specific tasks or processes and to help unlock full potential. A mentor is less involved in the practical matters, and more of an advisor, an older, wiser person who has a lot of experience and can assist to look at the big picture and give them principles on which to make wise decisions.

Remember why you wanted to become a coach- it wasn’t for the money, it was a calling! It’s your passion! Are you using your intuitive skills to help your clients achieve their goals? Have you developed/created your individual coaching style?

Purpose of the Program

This program has been designed to support coaches who have just finished coaching training. Coaches will be challenged to gain more awareness of their coaching and gain more confidence as a coach.

The program consists of 8 F2F, online or Hybrid sessions of each 75 minutes. (Additional: Becoming a ZZPer in the Netherlands – the basics)

Sign up for a free Intake

I would like to suggest the following agenda:

  • Introduction
  • Snapshot of current situation
  • Explore the needs of the Coachee, including the expected outcome
  • Identify and agree on the goals the Coachee wants to achieve
  • Determine the plan of action

After this session, you will be provided with a proposal including intake notes and the cost for the coaching program.

Progress is measured and evaluated halfway and at the end of the program.
