Flor is a very professional and compassionate coach. Sessions felt like a mix of coaching and therapy (sometimes we all need that to understand the psychological factors of our plateau in career). I enjoyed our work together big time and thanks to Flor I landed a job at Google! That is a clear performance indicator. She also helped me to realise my strengths and saboteurs and make further career choices with greater awareness.
