I have experienced my coaching sessions with Flor as very valuable.

Flor coached me during my search for a new and challenging job.

Flor gives you a clear summary of the current state of the labor market. So you are completely up to date: future labor market trends, informal interviewing and skill matching are examples that she tells you about in more detail. You will be very well informed to prepare for a job interview.

But most importantly, what she also tells you is that you have to do it all by yourself and spend the needed time to ensure success by doing homework and preparing exercises that are extremely important. Reflection every now and then is also an important element in her coaching. And challenging yourself by asking questions such as: What would you do if you could choose completely freely? How do I truly realize my ambitions in a job?

All in all I have benefited greatly from Flor's sessions and I am very grateful to her for that!
