What is Performance Coaching?

Performance Coaching is a 2-way process in which we help you build your competence and confidence at work and in life, focusing on your personal development, assessing your skills and what needs to be improved.

Are you struggling with your current role and you need to work harder on meeting the requirements as mentioned in your job description, are you not managing your time well? Would you like to develop and grow?

As your Coach, I will support you and encourage you to become aware of your strong and weak points and to learn how to benefit from them. 

Improve team work

Performance Coaching is also used for team coaching, it’s aimed at improving individuals to work as a team, shifting team members from competitiveness to mutual trust and respect.

It helps to change “negativity and complaining atmosphere” at work. The goal is to eliminate the ‘island” mentality that often occurs when people fail to engage effectively as a team. We will help your team(s) become more efficient, maintain better relationships and improve team performance.

Getting to know each other, getting you to talk to each other and learn your team objectives and how important they are for you helps you to understand the bigger picture.

Why you should work with Facing the Change

We can help you with specific professional “issues” projects, personal goals and transitions. We will challenge you to acknowledge what it is that is blocking you from improving your personal performance at work and help you to achieve specific outcomes in your life.

Our Approach

We start the process with a free intake meeting. The purpose of which is to capture and understand your current situation and your personal objectives. Following this meeting, you’ll receive the intake notes and a proposal outlining our recommendations and the coaching program that will be ideal and is tailor made for you

I would like to suggest the following agenda:

  • Introduction
  • Snapshot of current situation
  • Explore the needs of the Coachee, including the expected outcome
  • Identify and agree on the goals the Coachee wants to achieve
  • Determine the plan of action

After this session, you will be provided with the intake notes and a proposal including the cost for the coaching program.

I also provide on line coaching using Skype for business and Free Skype.

Progress is measured and evaluated halfway and at the end of the program.
