Professional Background

In 2011, I graduated at the UK Coaching Academy in Corporate & Executive Coaching. I’m certified in career coaching/career management, team coaching, coaching leadership, coaching through change, and coaching towards conflict resolution. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.

All the different jobs I have had in my 22 years of working full time, had a lot to do with service, guiding, teaching, managing, coaching and leading people; using clear communication and a great dose of commitment.

After high school, I studied to be a translator in Spanish – English. I had already started working in this area. My first job was to translate and work as an assistant to a public lawyer specialized in immigration cases. Next to that, I also gave guidance and advice to political refugees at arrival to the Netherlands.

Because of my interest in different cultures I also worked in the travel industry and lived abroad for several years.

From the travel industry, I moved to ICT where I have been a full time, successful Operational and People Manager. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of demanding roles within the ICT sector.
From service manager, to operations manager, from department manager to service delivery manager in sales.

I have worked in ICT for many years. I have extensive experience in customer service and managing customer expectations and customer satisfaction. While managing teams with more than 12 different nationalities, I have accumulated experience in how to properly work with different cultures and ensure higher productivity through training, guidance and coaching.
