My name is Flor de Maria Paredes Mattos.
I am a certified corporate and executive coach specialising in career management, leadership, change management, and conflict resolution.
Through my practice Facing the Change, I coach, mentor and consult with individuals and companies on their growth journey.
I am based in Amsterdam and bring more than two decades of experience across multinational organisations, startups, and NGOs to my clients worldwide.
Prior to becoming a coach and consultant, I helped orient political refugees to the Netherlands, led operations and people management in the ICT sector, and held executive roles in the travel industry.
