Coaching Method

Coaching is about looking at your life and work balance in such a way that you can make effective changes to achieve your goals. Therefore, we start by putting a mirror in front of you. A mirror through which we can evaluate how well (or not) you are using your strengths, and how effective you are working on your weaknesses.

We identify and work on any (hidden) limiting beliefs. Your level of personal awareness is raised, you take yourself more seriously and therefore you take more effective and focused actions immediately. I use different approaches, techniques and provide you with customized 1 on 1 Coaching.

We then set up a series of goals to work on; we work on these goals with the end in mind.
